Testpilot
For the first test project we are looking for a small town or populated area wth open people which would like to test the idea of free biking. In this town we would like to place between 20 and 50 bikes in a first batch.

Goal:

The following results we would like to gather from the first project:

• Feedback and critic from the population
• Detailed information about costs for repair and maintenance
• Gather experience in terms of usage factor and bike self-distribution
• Gather experience with bureaucracy and third partys
• Start cooperations

It is not expected that the usage factor in this small town is very high due to the small amount of knots. But in order to identify weak points we will scale slowly.
